1. The Promo is open to Cardholders with participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

2. The Promo Period is from June 15, 2026 to August 15, 2026.
3. Redemption is until October 14, 2026.
4. Participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:
Up to P500 free Robinsons GC for a minimum spend requirement:
- P300 GC for a minimum straight or installment spend of P5,000 using your BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card
- P400 GC for a minimum straight spend of P5,000 using your BPI or Robinsons Cashback Card
- P500 GC for a minimum installment spend of P10,000 using your BPI Credit Card or Robinsons Cashback Visa Credit Card
5. To qualify for the exclusive offer, the cardholder must meet the required minimum single receipt spend of at least P5,000 for straight transactions with BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card and P10,000 for installment transaction with BPI Credit Card to pay in full for his or her purchases at all participating Robinsons Department Store branches. A valid single-receipt purchase entitles the customer to (1) claim stub.
6. GC reward should be claimed in the same Robinsons Department Store where the purchase was made.
7. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
8. To redeem the reward, the cardholder must proceed to Robinsons Department Store Business Center of the Robinsons Department Store where the purchase was made and submit the following:
- Present the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card used in the transaction. Actual card used must not be expired.
- Original transaction receipt from Merchant with a minimum single receipt purchase of P5,000 for straight transaction or P10,000 for installment transaction.
- Must not be photocopied, defaced, faded, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ of its actual size and will not be honored;
- Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt (s)
- Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount and last four (4) digits of the card number. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, defaced, crumpled, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted;
- Must be the Customer Copy; Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;
- Name printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), must have the same name on the card presented; Transaction date must be within the Promo Period;
- Charge slip(s) will be collected by the customer service personnel upon release of the reward item/s.

9. Robinsons Department Store representative will issue the P300, P400, or P500 Gift Certificate to the customer. The gift certificate can be used in Robinsons Department Store and its affiliate businesses under the Robinsons Retail Group.
10. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.
Terms and Conditions
- Only the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Cardholder may avail of the offer and is non-transferable. Availment through authorized representatives, even with authorization letter, is not allowed.
- Only purchases made within the Promo Period will qualify for the promo.
- Purchases must be paid in full and cannot be a split payment transaction.
- A customer can claim one (1) FREE GC only per day.
- Purchase of mobile phone cards, bills payment, and other products at the Business Center are not qualified for this promotion.
- A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as an intentionaful act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.
- BPI and Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts or BPI Statement of Account.
- Upon redemption, the customer service personnel will validate the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card used to pay for the qualified transaction against the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) presented.
- BPI and Merchant shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) that are stolen, lost, and/or faded for the purpose of redemption.
- The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.
- Promo can be availed with ongoing Robinsons Department Store promotions.
- Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
- In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
- Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
