PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is applicable only to Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, MFree Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard that are in good credit standing.
2. Qualified credit cardholders who use their Metrobank card when they shop at anyRobinsons Department Store will get P100 CASHBACK with a minimum single-receiptspend of P3,000 on straight transactions only!
3. Promo runs from May 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026.​
4. Promo is available in all Robinsons Department Store nationwide.​
5. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard,Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Metrobank Prepaid Cards.
6. Cashback rewarding per customer level is capped at 1x per month regardless of whetherthe customer has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards. For multiple transactions fallingwithin the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.
7. ​Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’sstatement of account with the transaction description: “Cashback on Straight RobinsonDept Store Spend” within 60 days after the end of the promo period or on or beforeSeptember 30, 2026.
8. Cashback credit earned by the supplementary cardholder from this promo will beautomatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.
9. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash orother products.​
10. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashback is prohibited.Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transactioninto multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption ofsplitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outletor establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
11. ​The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Termsand Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.​
12. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequentlycancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive thecashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of thepromo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent orunauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to thecardholder’s credit card account.
13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.​
14. ​Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Robinsons Department Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.​
